Last month I posted a foodie picture that I got from Rachel Ray's magazine and folks was goin' GAGA over it. Soooooo I promised that I'd share the recipe below BUT be warned, it's not hard to make but you must pay attention. Especially when your shrimp are "roasting" in the oven. Those boogers are so sensitive. GEESH!
If you make it post a picture and tag me. It's great with a glass of wine. I actually felt like I was having a grown up meal instead of the usually hamburger or spaghetti I make around here. Who knows cooking just might be my new thing - nah, but eating is always going to be. (Giggles)

LMLIM | In the Kitchen
What can I say, we made the craziest looking recipe from the back of the Food Network TV Magazine. If you are a subby you know that each month they put a recipe on the last page and ask the readers to name it. Well Talia and I missed the cut off to send in our name but we still decided to make the dish. Now when I tell ya it was ammmaahhhhzing I. AM. NOT. LYING. I mean it was like Pharrell's, "Because I'm Happy" came on when I took the first bite into this, this, I don't even have a category for it. It's kinda like carnival food.
Cole slaw, homemade fried chicken tender, waffle cone, mashed potatoes with jalapenos are just a few of the ingredients in the recipe. Talia and I had to tag team to make it because of the many
different components. If you are an every day cooking mama you shouldn't have a problem but it was also tons of fun to include her in the process.
The assembly was the best part, we couldn't figure out how to eat it at first. So we just dove in and we were all smiles when we did. It can get a little messy during eating but just grab a napkin and keep on going. We also finally decided on our own name for this delish treat......the envelope please.
Chicken & Waffles On Da Go
Try it, the recipe is on my IG account and don't forget to let us know how you loved it because it's beyond like honey! Extra sit ups for me tonight - still working on this vacation body.

The Mogul | She Did That....Orange Chicken
Welcome to our new segment on the blog titled, She Did That! The she being The Mogul. Yep she is taking over the blog with her OWN spot. Just like a Mogul. In this segment she will be sharing some recipes, craft projects and other goodies.
First up is a recipe found on Pinterest for a slow cooker orange chicken similar to Panda Express, complete with the chow mein noodles. The recipe is to the left and a picture of her completed work below. We rate this 6 out of 10. The noodles were amazing and very easy to make now the chicken was a tad bit dry but very flavorful. The Phenom wasn't a fan and used his standard line, "I'm not that hungry."
Well 1/2 of this one was a hit so we will keep it in our virtual recipe book for future use. Check back for more goodness from The Mogul in this segment each month, unless I can get her to do it more.
Peace,

Curvy Momager

LMLIM Week 4 | Yummy to my Tummy
I have been wanting to make this for a few weeks now.
Instead of BBQ'n on Memorial Day I decided to make this for dinner. It was oh so GREAT. I did however give it a little of my famous improvision and made it hot instead of cold and then I wrapped in a yummy tortilla. I will have to say these recipe tips are getting me great compliments from the little folk in my house. Whoot Whoot. All Momagers love when we slave in the kitchen and make people happy.

LMLIM Week 3 | I'm Suga Free
Loving this new sugar free dessert I found in All You Magazine. It's part of an article on decreasing the amount of sugar in your diet. So many great tips found in there but this banana one is the bomb.diggitycom! It's not only ultra easy to make but reminds me of ice cream. Ice cream that I love and can never eat! I'll be honest I was slightly leary because I wasn't sure of what the consistency was going to be like but trust and believe you are going to love this delightful dessert. I'll give you a bit of a secret tho....I actually had it for breakfast. There is a small amount of prep time involved, freezing a banana, but so worth it. I also discovered through the process that I need a new blender! Oh well, bon appetite!

LMLIM Week 1 | Apple-Berry Pie Pops
YUMS! Today's tip falls in the food category and this is one that I will keep in my recipe box for years to come. I seriously like sweets, way to much, but instead of eating an entire pie (trust me I could) these pops are the answer. Plus they are really, really good!
I didn't add the berry portion to the recipe because the kids don't really like raspberries but they probably wouldn't have even known *shrugs shoulders* but that is the one thing I left out. I'm also filing this in the easy to make category. Frozen pie crusts anyone? :) Give it a try and impress your family! Get to cooking Momager.
